Unique chart for each member?

I am interested in having a unique set of charts populate in the member area so each member can track their progress. I can create the data collection, but I’m uncertain how to link the charts to the database that only pulls that members information…
Any guidance would be appreciated.

You can use Charts.js to craft something like that. Take a look at the example provided here
