Hello friends, I am looking to create a Unique ID field that has some text and a unique sequential number that follows.
For example, in my maintenance website, I have created a work orders form with various input fields for site users to fill out that is connected to a database when submitted. The results from this form are then shown in a dynamic page with the various fields linked to the database population. What i would like to do, is have a unique field populated automatically that would correspond with the asset’s name, plus a unique sequential number, for example; Asset Name 0001.
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be helpful, there are a few other results on the forum for something similar, but they do not seem to work.
