Without me doing it there was a ‘Thank you’ page (or ‘Bedankt’ in Dutch) created on my website and I can’t remove it

Additional information:
I looked at my pages to see if I can remove it, but it does not exist there, but still shows it on my website. It is about the ‘Bedankt’ tap right above on my website / under the ‘More’ tap (dmtb-management.com). its not on my website menu in wix itself but it shows on my website
