I am making a custom website and I am getting some text in background on all pages.
I have attached the screenshot. I can’t select it.

I took a look and everything seems OK. I see an About Page with images, text, and so forth. On the other pages, everything looks OK.
Maybe do a refresh of the browser window and see if that helps.
Let me know what happens.

I just tried that on google chrome. It show up on every page. Please see the video below.
See the attached screenshot. I just changed the background so that the text is visible. Unlike other components, I can’t select these components. This is the text which is on home page but the “show on all page” switch is off.
I am also using Chrome, but I have an entirely different screen than you do:
Did you send me the correct link? Perhaps you have two versions?

Now refresh it.
Actually you will have to move the white box downward and change the background, so that the “unselectable component” would be shown.

OK - I see the text. However, as you can see below, I had no problem selecting it:
I was then able to delete it. I didn’t save the change in order to avoid conflicts with your editing.
I am also using Chrome, so you should have no problem selecting that field and deleting it.
Maybe I just have better magic than you?

I literally think that you have magic !
I tried my 2 collegues iMAC but I am unable to select those component.
Can you please do me a favour ? and delete those components from all the pages including home.

No problem - will be glad to help. Leave the editor (close your browser window). I’ll edit and save when I see that you’re not in the editor. Hopefully it’ll work.

OK - check it now.
Yes you deleted it BUT there were three components which I am unable to select.
1- “Let’s Talk” button
2- “About me” heading text
3- “in hac…” dummy text.
These three appear in all the pages. Can you please detele that text also as you delete “Lets talk” button ?

I deleted the text, but I don’t see it on any page except on the About Page.
What’s troubling is that you are unable to delete it. My doing it for you is only a bandage and isn’t the solution.
Since this problem isn’t strictly a Wix Code problem, it’s an Editor problem, I would suggest that you contact the Wix support team . You’ll probably get better help for this problem there.
