How to update old Wix sites to be able to do parallax mouse effects?
Have you got an example of the mouse parallax effect you’re hoping to achieve?
Currently, the feature is only available in Wix Studio 
I need to find a way to change a old Wix site to the new features.

Looks like you are in Wix Studio. In which case:
- Select object
- on the right hand side, click on the ‘Triggers’ icon (the thunderbolt icon)
- Select event (click, hover, mouse move, scroll)
- Select the effect
I don’t see that on the right side.

Based on the screenshots shared, it’s currently not possible to update a Wix Editor site to Wix Studio.
If you’re looking to make the most out of the tools available in the Studio editor, you’ll likely need to rebuild your project.
That being said, I’ll take the initial question as a vote for the ability and share it with the team
Very disappointing that you can’t convert older template to new format. But thanks for the info.
