Upload File through different versions of mobile phones

Dear all,

I have created a upload page to upload file. It is ok to upload files in different format through my pc and iPhones 10. But I CANNOT upload through my iPhone 6. I have tried to use Chrome and safari. And I have cleaned all the cache of the browsers. Is there anyone can give me suggestion? Because some of my users may use different version of phones and they do not know that they cannot upload the files. Please help

I am still new to the forum. The upload link is inside my member area. Should I just post the link here? Please advise.
Besides, I have one more question. This morning, I test my site with Samsung Tab(old version 2.0)
I found that it does not support the website even for ordinary link. I know that there are codes to test whether the device is mobile or Computer. How about other mobile device like Apple Ipad or Samsung Tab? Is there any suggestion or code I can add to detect some mobile devices like Samsung Tab. I would appreciate very much if you could provide the link/notes so that I can study. Thanks

Please see the list of supported Browsers and OS - https://support.wix.com/en/article/viewing-your-wix-site-on-your-mobile-device
In case that your tablet Android version is 7.0+ and you are using the Chrome browser - it should work, same with iPhone 6 - OS should be above 11.

Regarding the url, first please confirm that iOS&Browser are up to date. After just share the site url and the page with an issue.
