User - Adding repeating fields to form

Hello,

I have a service department that takes service requests from our customers via forms on our wix page.

Currently, If a customer has multiple requests to make, they have to submit the form multiple times.

Is there a way for the user to expand the form by selecting “Add another request” button to expand more fields for the user to fill in? Is there a limit to how many times the form can be expanded?

Just like this… but native in WIX/corvid without the use of a paid subscription to a 3rd party app.
