I have setup the individual user input slots and connected them to the database. But after the user goes through the forum and submits the info, the data is not showing up in the database. Where I am going wrong? I am trying to create a page like this:

But I had to use lightboxes because I don’t know how to create the sliding form - which is cool but not sure where to alter the code.

It was collecting data when I had all the data on the main page and was using the Slideshow box but it let’s you skip without validating data is present in the box. I still can’t figure that part out…now the boxes just have the *required restriction.
Any help is appreciated.
