We have a user input form set up on our website to allow people to submit reports of lost animals which are then displayed on another page. It worked initially but doesn’t seem to allow people to submit anything.
I can’t seem to figure out why it isn’t working, any suggestions?

Have you checked so the Data Collection has the correct permissions or the Dataset allows Write on the page where they are to submit the data? If you have coded something using pure code it could be affected of the User Id bug that started yesterday and was fixed just an hour ago.
