Just starting to roll my site out and I have hit an issue with a user who cannot signup or login (I registered there account for them).
Each time they try to submit a password to connect to the site either for login/signup, there is just a message that says. “Something went wrong, try again later”.
Now this may well be a firewall issue or some other such issue, but is there a way I can find out the cause? Its just embarrasing to say " I dont know"
As mentioned I have signed the user up via my own machine and tested the subsequent login and all works well.
It seems to be from a particular laptop.

did you get a response? i’m having the exact same issue and wix support isn’t being very helpful
