I’m using two tables, one for “Event” and one for “Photos”. The Event table contains the information required for a Dynamic Page to be presented to one user. I have set one field in the Photos table to refer to the Event_Name in the event table. This way, I can show a set of pictures in the Dynamic Page filtered by “Event_Name” so the page user only see’s their photo’s. - this seams intuitive and an appropriate use fo Reference tables.
I would also like Uses who have access to this page to have the ability to Upload to the Photo’s table. (take a pic with your phone and upload to the event they have access to). Uploading is not a problem per the tutorials, but I cannot see how to set & save the Referenced Field to equal the Event Name (its reference in the data set) when the user uploads its picture.
In other words, while on a dynamic page, set the reference field of the Photos table to = the event Event Name when Submit is pressed.
Any help would be appreciated.
