Using Anchor

Hi there, I am new to Editor X and going through some tutorials from the beginning.
I am trying to anchor a ‘contact’ text box which is at the top of the web site - to a text box at the bottom of the website.
My options when I click on my contact text box does not include a little link icon, as seen on the tutorial screen shot attached. How can I get this link icon available to me?

I’ve had all sorts of issues with anchors but in this case its quite straight forward - the linked item in the tutorial is a BUTTON not a text box.

FYI You can’t link a standard text container but you can link the text within it if you wish…
