Using Custom form data to create pins on a map

I have created a custom form asking users for locations (zip/post code) that adds it all to a database.
Now I have all this data I would like to show it on a map using dropped pins to display all these locations
On clicking each pin it would then display additional info
Is there a way of doing this with the tools within Wix or google maps using the data to drive the display content overlaid on a map or is it more in depth than that?
