To avoid some of the margin issues it would be great to have a option to do only a horizontal or vertical stretch in a grid, rather than stretch in both directions. This allows for example to have multiple text elements in a grid that can be stretched horizontally but use text height for vertical. Obviously it also also possible to have many rows in the grid, but this makes editing very tedious.
