WTF!!! 480p for video backgrounds? Why is there not one that is 720 for desktop and 480 for mobile!!!

Video backgrounds are playing in 480p on desktop and it looks like crap!!!!!

its bad. i inspected the code also and sure enough its resizing all video bgs to 480p
