I know what realtors are looking for on their sites - a nice effective property search bar. They want this because it’s an effective tool for their prospective buyers or sellers to use.
But it’s also nice to have an option where users can pick special property features/amenities to include within their search, such as a swimming pool, fitness centre, entertainment lounge, etc.
