Video Upload User Input Element is slow - any way to fix this?

I created an online job application form with User Input Elements that includes a video upload button, to upload a short video. However, when I test the form, the upload of the video is painfully slow…
A 1.7 MB video that runs 10 seconds took about 10 seconds to upload.
A 211.9 MB video that runs 2.14 minutes took 2.14 minutes to upload.

This seems a bit unreasonable, no? I don’t think most people would have the patience to upload a video and send it if it takes that long. I converted the video to a zip file but it would not allow me to upload a zip file.

Is this how long it is supposed to take to upload videos with the video upload button?

Hi Tamara, did you mean it took more than 10 seconds and 2.14 minutes for each video to upload?

Additionally, did you submit a support inquiry regarding this matter? Let’s have our tech team take a look.

I meant that when I uploaded a 10 second video, it took 10 seconds to upload it and when I uploaded a 2.14 minute video, it took 2.14 minutes to upload.

I did not submit a support inquiry ticket. I will do that. Thanks!
