Video's don't show due to cookies?

We have some video’s on our site which all worked perfectly.
Now, everyone who visits our site gets the same error message…

“Video Player has been blocked due to your marketing cookie settings. Please update your settings”

When we update the settings and accept all cookies, the problem still occurs.
We did not change anything on our website either.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

We played the video via a YouTube link in Wix Video.
I tried uploading the video directly in Wix, but this didn’t help.

The problem also occurs for different browsers and devices, I cleared my browser cache and cookies but this did not work either…

Are there any other possible reasons why the video’s suddenly don’t show ‘due to cookies settings’? Every browser and device is giving the same error message…

Thank you for your input! I went through all of your steps and none of them worked so I contacted support.

FYI: It was the Wix Cookiebot App that created the error!

Do not install b.s. -apps and you will have a much better working wensite. :blush:
