Want to Remove the Ecommerce store off my site, but would like to keep the catalogue and products page

I have selected a Website template, with a stores app included.
I would like to remove only the prices and stores completely off my site.(Cart functionality).
But I don’t want to remove the catalogue and products on the site.
Is this possible?

Yes, if you don’t need any kind of e-commerce functionality and just want to show your products, you can simply use the CMS along with linked dynamic pages.
