# We have issues receiving the email update when a form on the website is filled in. I fixed everything, every email is right and the users have roles. yet we do not get the emails. I can also see it in the in the wix-inbox. and it is an old forms. Pls help

**What I’m trying to do**  
get the email notification when a form is fille din

**What I’ve tried so far**  
adapted all emails, connected the google accounts to wix, re-assigned the roles, re-published the website

**Extra context**  
Its an old form
