website scaling/zoom

I would like for my website to look like it does on my screen on everyone else’s screen no matter the browser or screen size. I visited Shure.com and when I zoom the page (ctrl, + or -) the website scales with the size you are inputting.

When you zoom, the entire page adjusts to your current zoom percentage. Where would I even begin?
