I want to make a website, actually “Android Website”. Where user can download different android apps and read about them and give feedback as well.
There is a sample site which I have found during my search it lets the user download the app and it also provides info-graphics.
The page i want to create is:

It has simple structure but I don’t know which platform he/she using for this page. Please guide me to make one simple website like that. Wix provides a free platform but I am not sure that it will work or not.

Short answer - yes, you can put all the products in the database and integrate with a payment provider. You may need to store your apps or software elsewhere so that after buying your customers get a link to download it from some external place (to avoid file’s size limitations) and store only information about them in a database to display on the page.
