Hi!

I am curious what people are using ( I am in Canada) for project management with clients? I am taking on a BIG project and the client is requesting to know how I will track my time and updates “formalized plan for benefit of record keeping” I have provided a flat rate fee this project as well as a 30 day timeframe, this is more for accountability I believe but never been asked this before!

I worked with an agency in the US that used Wrike, just wanted to see if there was anything else recommended. Would be GREAT if this was built into the Marketplace somehow for us partners and our clients we retain through there!

Currently using Monday but previously used Asana. If you have the budget for Monday go for it, its worth it but if you are tight on budget Asana’s free plan might be the thing for you.

I use ClickUp. Very easy to use.

I dont use project management for my company… My company isn’t really a company since i do it in my free time. If anything my office is at home and run by me.
