Currently, some of my site have the new editor and some doesn’t. Is there any approximate date (not just “soon”) of when all sites will have it? Or is it possible to request a specific site to have it through support?

Thanks for letting me know. From what I was told, there will be an email being sent out before this change is implemented, so you will be notified beforehand.
