Why am I being ignored?

I have had a problem with publishing and saving new sites so I put a help request on here. I was advised to clear my cache / cookies which I did to no avail (thanks for the help there, people). I have since requested FOUR callbacks and email assists to which I have had ZERO response ? Wix, this just isn’t good enough. Anybody here have any theory as to why such poor communications should be considered acceptable ? Thanks in advance.

Im really sorry to hear this, Neal. Remember though, the forum isn’t the place to get support from Wix. No one here can really help with your loading issue - it’s best for a customer care agent.
