A client has been complaining that he’s not receiving calls for some of the orders. At first, we thought it might be caused by receiving multiple calls at the same time. Thus, we tried several ways to verify this issue. When an order was placed, the restaurant would receive a push notification on the app. The owner tried not to accept the order right away to see if there’s a phone notification. However, the phone call was either a few minutes late or did not ring at all.
Is anyone having the same issue or know how to resolve this problem? Please let me know or share some insights. Thanks!
