Why can't I position my elements to the nearest pixel?

I’m having trouble positioning elements precisely in the Editor. Elements will only position at 10-pixel intervals. If I select an element and use the keyboard arrows, the element doesn’t move pixel by pixel. If I drag to a location it will snap to a position a few pixels to the right or left of where I dropped it. If I enter a manual position number in the toolbar the element won’t move unless I change the position in 10-pixel increments.

Clearly I have some setting that is preventing 1-pixel increments, but I can’t find such a setting anywhere and I’ve been unable to find online Wix pointers to fix.
