why do i have to go to a third party register to get my CF, TK, ML, NL, GA, and NL, and why are some domain extensions available for free with freenom, and also why do domains cost thousands of dollars when they have been used before?

Why cant i register a wix domain that has the cf extension i like and instead i have to get it from freenom
