Strips used to have the option for you to resize them freely. Now you are forced to drag the elements below the strip when you’re resizing it. Why would you remove a feature that was in no way interfering with the already existing option to drag when resizing?

This is correct, the Strips resizing has changed due to help the strip not overlap when a new one is added or copy/pasted.
They still oftentimes overlap. Also, there are some case where that’s also desired…
In my opinion not a good decision at all to change that very needed function! Strips must have the ability to overlap when working with different layers. Please, please bring it back. I think none of the experts want this.
@info17721 I sooo agree. In every project, I need strips to overlap. I’m really frustrated working with the editor, since this change.
