Why CMS, & Gallery Collapses When 2 People Uses At The Same Time

What are you trying to achieve:
I have a upload image button and a send button at my dynamic page. Which is connected to a database. At the same page, there is a pro gallery connected to same database media gallery section. When a person uploads image, randomly it does not add that images to CMS and also media gallery (even it says upload successful).
When 2 people tried at the same time. Randomly wix gets one persons upload to CMS and adds the media gallery.
Fun fact, every users media is in Visitors Upload section correctly. It just does not adds to CMS and media gallery.
What have you already tried:
Create a new CMS and Pro gallery section.
How can i solve this? Thanks.
