Why is wixed support center closed on a Tuesday at 11:52am??

Support isn’t closed.
When I called at 11:51am the phone line said they were closed, call back another time. Working with the call center in another country to get a hold of the United States advanced Team.
Open a ticket and request a call back. There is no direct number anymore.
@brett-haralson requested the ticket but the overseas support is unable to help they have transferred me; just on hold.
@memurphy94 you were able to get a hold of support, just now in queue to speak to an agent correct?
@stevenjose thats what I am hoping for. They closed my payment account.
