Will it be possible Migrating an old site to the new editor X when it comes out?

No, it won’t be possible. But check out the Editor X Forum for updates…maybe it will be possible someday!

This is pretty significant hurdle. For those of us with sites in production the inability to move forward with your new editor is disappointing. If we have to manually port or be left behind. it does open the option of looking at other platforms.
