We are trying to add a HTML form onto our website. This HTML form integrates with our software provider via an API. We have been trying to get it working for a long time now and after some research, we have narrowed it down to a URL issue which we believe you would be able to help us through. We are embedding the HTML form using the HTML editor provided in Wix but instead of adding it as a stand alone form, it attaches it via an external ‘filesusr’ URL (please see the attached). The issue here for us is that in the URL everything after ‘multicap-com-au’ is not required and the worst of all is that the string after ‘/html/’ keeps changing and we can’t get the form to work until we can get a fixed URL for prompting users on the right page as success or failure of their form submission
