The ‘Member view’ in the Wix App is a member only area on the Wix App.
It holds all the data you have on your site from the various apps you have (bookings, stores, blog, forum, paid plans, events, galleries and more) and additional mobile-only content possibilities.
The mobile only features are the ones that you can use to differentiate your customized app from the website and drive more members into the app.
The app also gives you the option to engage your members with mobile push notifications (under the ‘announcement’ section)
Groups feature is also a great way to drive more communication and engagement around your business/site/community. You can create any type of group (Public, Private and Secret) and invite any subset of your member list.
From the members point of view, its an easier way to connect with a business/site/community where they can stay up to date with everything that is going, take part in discussions and perform transactions easily (for paid ones, they can also save credit cards and complete transactions just in few steps)
All members activities are aggregated in one place under the ‘Me’ tab.
Using the chat on the mobile app is also much easier and practical for both the owner and members.
As for your question, members that signed up on your site can easily join your mobile place with the same credentials but needs to have an invite link or invite code that is unique to your mobile place.
Members that joined your mobile place, can easily sign in to your site members only area.
