Wix Appointments: Got spammed with notifications

I got 71 notifications this morning basically one for every outstanding appointment that my client have. Did this happen to anyone else does anyone know what this is about?

Hey Magnus,

If you were referring to the backoffice dashboard, you can manually configure your bookings related notification settings, as shown here:

However, if this does not resolve your issue, let me know so we can dig into this issue and sort it out. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for your response well appreciated. No my client got 71 notifications this morning by email I need that email that the field of seem to be changed was the address so maybe there was something with the business information that was changed or updated by weeks because my client hasn’t changed anything. So anyway this seems to be related to some service in WIX. And as I said all these notifications came in by email at the exact same time. So I hope this help I am pretty confident that that this has nothing to do with my user settings or my clients settings because we haven’t changed anything since yesterday and this is the first time these issues does occur

Hello thank you very much for your reply. It’s not that it’s so much bothering us it’s more that we this notification came at once and first we thought there’s something wrong with the schedule in general and may be appointments got lost but that’s not the case. But again thank you for investigating
