This is a great suggestion - Thank you for this.
@gilil Thanks for the reply. She’s there, though, even if you can’t find her. I’m from Los Angeles but in GIlbert, AZ. I will send screenshots. She appears in the forth possition.
Carlos - Make sure you have not enabled “corvid” as something you offer. You will not be matched based on users wanting corvid experience, but that does not mean potential clients will not need corvid on their site (Like reviews for Wix Stores, etc, like you were talking about earlier in FB). ![]()
This is correct - the client can give a review only when the expert have submitted the website.
But is a great feature request!
Sound like a bug - please contact the Arena team for more investigation.
I literally just noticed the options for responding to a request seems to have changed. My dashboard no longer gives me the option to say “client is not interested” - my only options are, “report as spam” or “i’m not interested.” Is this a glitch, or an intentional change? If its a change, why the adjustment? Plenty of requests don’t pan out b/c of client decisions. Any insight?
@gilil It’s when using Get Quote under a designer’s profile. There isn’t a Contact Me button in this view.
Totally agree, please address this.
Good question.
The button has been removed from the expert side, but clients can cancel the project from their projects page.
If you want to set it as “client not interested”, please reject the lead (I’m not interested) with the reason “other” and specify the reason you want, IE: Client not interested.
Soon we will add more rejection options such: client is not responding/interested and more.
Thanks!
