I’m working with a client who does furniture refinishing. Specific projects have specific timelines, and she can only take a specific number of bookings of each type, conditionally (up to 3 dressers at a time, but only 2 if she has a table and chairs booked; no more than 2 table and chairs booked at a time, etc.).
I can get around the conditional availability of appointments by syncing bookings to a google calendar, then syncing that back with staff availability…but I cannot set any project to longer than 99 hours and I need to extend it to weeks at a time, while also needing the calendar to update automatically with the next first available date for any given project once someone books that project (ie if spot 1 for a dresser is booked on the 1st, spot 1’s next booking would automatically adjust to 2 weeks out from that date).
From what I’m seeing and reading I’m asking WAY too much of the Wix Bookings to do this…but is there a way to accomplish this that I’m missing? I played around with the hotel booking app option because that has the features to extend next available date, but I cannot customize any of the language on it to suit this project.

I have a similar issue with a bike renting service, where I need to:
- set up a maximum duration time
- send an email for the pickup and the return of the bike
- select the type of bike and being able to manage the stock and synchronise the agenda of the team
Less complicated than yours but still tricky !
