I’ve recently released an app to the app store and i have discovered that the process of forget password is leading user to the website and not to the app again which is not professional.
Here is how it goes
- email is provided
- password is required. Forgot password ?
- an email is sent to the email address to create a new password
- use of the provided link that bring the user to the website
- new password
- screen to connect to the website
Is there not a way to redirect the users on the app and not the website ? Is it somehow planned ?
It is very frustrating to have these discontinuities, and the idea of the Branded app is to have a coherent and seamless expérience for the users.
