Hi, I’m waiting for somebody to explain to me how you have managed to break my live site so quickly with your rendering enhancements. It seems like a fairly reasonable expectation that if I spend 8 months building my site and your business is to provide a stable environment for that site, that Wix don’t break it over night. I’ve already lost days because of the changes and a previous fix has now disappeared. Do you guys think it’s acceptable to push breaking changes out to a huge customer base? Are we, as business owners supposed to blindly accept you breaking our live sites and then taking days to fix them, without even telling us what the fixes are or communicating any progress? This is unacceptable.

Thanks Arthur, I have commented there but I haven’t had any updates and have not been able to direct business partners to my live site for the last 4 days… Makes me look extremely unprofessional.
Hi Mike,
We’ve investigated t he issue you posted here , and it’s related to the custom script you’re using in Site Settings for DataPrivacy Cookies. It is set to load on specific pages and is interfering with the Corvid code flow. We can’t guarantee that these custom scripts will work properly because we do not develop them. We’d recommend disabling this script and using the Cookies banner feature that Wix provides instead. Thanks for your patience while we looked into the problem.
Hi, Is the Wix Cookies Banner compatible with GDPR? I have updated the script to a version that is supposed to work and the underlying problems are still not working. Why would cooke banner stop wixlocation.to from redirecting to an external site?
@marlowe-shaeffer I have switched off CookieBot script as you suggested and it has had ZERO effect. All the errors that I raised with you are still there. Please explain further…
Hi Mike,
Our QA team will be back online tomorrow, and I’ve asked them to look into your site again.
