Hi,

thanks so much for your time on this post first.

  1. I just wonder that it is possible to store current order value of customer with their E-mail.

  2. When I store the order value can I store “Current order value” and “Total Order Value”?

Total Order value = total value of all order from the customer (Include current order)

i.e
Order A $ 10 in Jan 2017
Order B $ 20 in Feb 2017
current order value $ 30

“Current Order value” = $30
“Total Order Value” = $ 60
10 + 20 +30 = 60

I hope this question makes sense.

Hi John,
Are you using wix store? Integrating Wix Stores with WixCode is not possible at the moment.
If this is not the case, please clarify what kind of order do you mean? Moreover, please send us the site URL.

John, it is possible, but could you answer me if an “order” would consist of 1 row in a DB, or would it consist of one Master Record (order number, date, etc) and several Detail rows (item nr, price, tax, amount, etc).?

When you say DB, it is my customized DB rather than Wix Store Order Table?

in my DB, i have 2 columns “Current Order value” and “Total Order Value” in 1 row for each customer.

Hello Giri, can you explain to me how to store the data from the Wix Store in the database? I would like to use a parent/child relationship.

Parent record = user data (name, email)
Child record = data related to current transaction

Hi,

As Or mentioned, we are still pending the integration with Wix eComm to be able to listen on event and react on them. Therefore, I’m afraid that currently, it is impossible to store current order value using Wix Code.
