In Wix Groups, what happens to content submitted by a member after they are no longer a member of that group? Is this behavior configurable by site owner/admin (e.g., “delete” or “retain”)?

When you remove a member from a Group all of their info remains. Nothing changes other than they no longer have access to that Group conversation. You would have to manually go in and do a little maintenance to remove any content you don’t want on your site. Same way for Wix Forum posts / comments or Wix Blog comments, etc.
Thank you for responding! My other question about Groups (vs. Forum), which I hope you may know right off, concerns “following” a member. Do Groups provide this capability, the same as in Forum, to received notifications (email or in Wix mobile app) whenever the member being followed posts in the Group?

Anything that has Members involved should have the Follow feature.
If you are not seeing it, it’s probably a setting you need to toggle on or an extra page you need to add.
