Wix Invoice VAT

Hello,
I would like to apply 20% VAT for all customers except for non-French companies (0% VAT). Is it possible to do this automatically with Wix Invoice or a third party application? Or maybe with wix-billing-backend

Or maybe with the Wix Code Pay API ?
