What are you trying to achieve:
For Wix loyalty to update redeemed points on loyalty program
Customers currently still earn points on SMILE loyalty platform, and when the redeem it subtracts from the points balance on smile.
It shows the points they have earned to dat on Wix Loyalty, but does NOT subtract from the point balance.
What have you already tried:
We have transferred all the SMILE points till about 2 weeks ago to Wix Loyalty program.
Additional information:
Don’t know if the 2 platforms will integrate. But aware that points redeemed does not show on WIX loyalty, but only on SMILE for now. When SMILE ends at the 30 Aug 2024, how will this transition.
Just be aware that client may be able to redeem same points (as it does not subtract the redeemed points from WIX Loyalty program
