Wix Marketing Masters: Email Marketing/Shoutout

Would like to see a way to have a button inside the message/shout-out that allows a response to be sent to an email, in particular an alias email (right now, the options are for a document or website). For example, I have a delivery delay and need to know if buyers would like to wait or get a refund. I can set up a Refund alias email or Wait on Delivery alias that will quickly allow me to assess whether or not a refund is being requested. It doesn’t make sense for me to send them to the website when they could click “Refund me” or “I’ll wait” rather easily, and we get notified on the other end just as easily. #FeatureRequest #EmailMarketing
