I don’t want to complain about the new CRM as I’m not opposed to change but I’ve been finding it a real hassle. Especially with not having the direct email addresses from the clients. This Is a response I’ve received and not the first time…I’m hoping that wix can somehow figure this situation out so I don’t lose any more leads.
“Tbh All of the responses I have had, have contained broken links, been flagged up as dangerous by my Anti Virus (Norton 360). And when hovering over any of your links, I am shown at least 20 lines of random text that is obviously the Link. Not exactly a good first impression and not something I want on my site. Thank you for your interest and all the best.”
Side note: I use a 3rd party to create my proposals and having to ask the lead for their direct email address to send them a quote is really awkward, they have no idea that we don’t know their email addresses. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!
