Our company created an employee of the month program and I want to use our website to have each employee vote each month for an employee of the month. To do this I’m assuming they would need to be members to have special access to the private page. Is there a way I can assign everyone a username and password? Or will they have to signup with email themselves?
Also, when they submit the form with their chosen employee of the month I would be able to see the user ID, but is there a way to tell who exactly it is since they aren’t allowed to vote for themselves for the program.
