I want to connect my mobile apps with wix members via wix headless oauth. What is the best starting point for this? I tried to set up this https://dev.wix.com/api/sdk/auth:-headless-visitors/authorization:-create-an-oauth-app . But can I use this oAuth app without the wix npm package? And where do I get the necessary URLs or secrets from here?

The link you shared is a great starting point, after you setup the OAuth you can start utilizing the Wix APIs for working with Wix members.
