Guys, I have a client who is really annoyed that she can’t target a segmented customer base with a coupon or discount voucher on her online ordering app. It means that any offer she sends out is printed and redeemed in person and her online ordering customers can’t apply the discount. To discount her online orders she would have to apply it to all customers and she wants to reward her best customers only. I did speak to her about purchasing another package, duplicating her menu, discounting that menu and giving her faithful customers a login to the new menu but she is not happy about paying out more money. Obviously have voted for the request to add this feature but wondering if any of you guys have any other ideas? Thanks!
