This happens to me every time I transfer the site to a client, the points or pending point disappear. But the site still shows up in the “Upgrade Your Site” section of the dashboard. It’s honestly tiring. I’m missing 400 soon to be 500 points. I’ve put in tickets and had requested callbacks. And no help, no points.
I think we’ll just have to wait until they fix it…if they fix it.
