… the errors in the Wix Booking app are even more than what I’ve already written, especially in synched calendar functions: blocked time doesn’t work! Evidence in the screenshots below (blocked time by Rashmi)
One of my members of staff (Rashmi) is on holidays for 1 month to do a yoga course and she has therefore blocked her days, but her regular group classes were still visible!! So I had to remove them manually, as even with the synched calendar and blocked time her classes appeared on the timetable and on the calendar booking pages of these classes!!
(Plus, now I have to add all of them again manually, with deferred start in 1 month, as I could not edit them, and are 2 classes for each of the 7 days of the week, so lots of logs)
Plus the clients do not receive the confirmation email after booking. Plus the new process to sync Google Calendars prompts my health experts members of staff to build websites and forces them to have a Wix account and accept an “invite to collaborate on a website” as a new pre-condition to be invited to sync the calendar
